Hello there! I'm Ruby! 

I am a born and raised charlotte native! I started my cosmetology journey in the fall of 2022 at CPCC, and finished my associates degree in applied science in 2024, during this time I found a deeper love and appreciation for this industry!

I found my way toward morgan + co while job searching, and even from my very first interview the environment and overall atmosphere of the salon brought a peace to my mind I was actively searching for. God had already promised me that I will find THE salon that'll provide everything I need. After working with Jodi and all the other Stylists, Co-Stylists and even Salon Coordinators I have learned so much from these dedicated women, and had felt the passion and drive that I had felt when I started school if not more! I love serving our guests an i’m looking forward to providing the best service I can to everyone I have the pleasure to work with! can't wait to see what else the Lord has in store for me on my journey at morgan+co.
