Our co-stylists are an important part of our team and your experience at morgan+co. They are beauty professionals continuing their education through advanced, hands-on training alongside our experienced stylists.

Our co-stylist program was created from a passion for education, mentorship, and developing the next generation of exceptional stylists. We believe in sharing what we know, investing in others, and creating an environment where talented professionals can grow in their craft, confidence, and career.

What to Expect During Your Visit

When you visit morgan+co, you may experience your stylist and a co-stylist working together throughout your reservation.

Depending on your service, your co-stylist may participate in shampooing, our signature 2-2-2 experience, treatments, glazing, blowouts, directed color application, and other portions of your service under the guidance of your stylist.

This team-based approach is intentional.

It allows our stylists to mentor and teach in a real salon environment while helping us create a seamless, attentive experience for every guest. Your stylist remains responsible for your consultation, service plan, color formulation, direction, and final result.

At morgan+co, you aren't simply reserving time with one person, you are being welcomed into a salon where we support one another and work together to provide an exceptional experience.

What About My Blowout?

All complete color services and haircuts include a complimentary blowout. Depending on the flow of your reservation, your blowout may be completed by your stylist, a co-stylist, or the two working together as a team.

If you prefer to have your blowout completed exclusively by your stylist, additional time may be reserved with our My Stylist Blowout upgrade for an additional fee.

If your stylist's schedule naturally allows them to complete your blowout, there is no additional charge. The upgrade simply reserves dedicated time with your stylist when it otherwise would not be available.

A Note About Gratuity

You may notice the option to leave gratuity for a co-stylist who participates in your experience. Additional gratuity for your co-stylist is completely optional and is never expected or required.

We provide the option because guests have asked for a way to personally recognize a co-stylist who helped make their experience exceptional.

Your support, whether through a kind word, encouragement, or optional gratuity means so much as our co-stylists continue to learn and grow.
